Darryl has 30+ years' experience fighting for the rights of Australians who have suffered due to the negligence of other people. He represents clients in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

Darryl has extensive experience in motor vehicle claims, hire car claims and court appearances.

Outside of the law Darryl has a keen interest in basketball, AFL, travel and photography.
DIKSHA DUGGAL
Associate
Diksha's practice includes managing claims for recovery of hire car fees that are payable to non-at fault motor vehicle owners.

Prior to joining Galaxy Legal, Diksha worked as a volunteer paralegal where she gained experience not only in civil matters but different areas of law such as family and property law. Diksha applies her knowledge into practice when dealing with client matters. Her previous experience working in customer service gives her empathy and compassion when dealing with clients both professionally and personally.

Diksha graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University. She holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Leo Cussen centre of law. She is admitted to practice law in Australia.

Diksha plans to study a Master of Applied laws.
Outside the law, Diksha enjoys spending time with her dog, Oscar, and loves cooking.
BRIAN COX

Brian assists the legal team in the recovery of costs incurred by hire car organisations for their costs against negligent parties.
Prior to joining Galaxy Legal, Brian worked for TabCorp for 20+ years in sales, compliance, staff training, and property and venue management.
Brian is highly motivated and his enthusiasm gives clients comfort that they are in safe hands.
Outside of work, Brian is a cruise enthusiast having been on 28 cruises. Ask him about his favourite destinations. He also loves beach life, horse racing and rugby league.
